Speaking with these bright business management graduates felt especially impactful as we explored a world where Artificial Intelligence tools have moved beyond conveniences to become essentials for driving innovation and efficiency.
I shared my perspective on how AI’s rapid acceleration is reshaping the way we work, collaborate, and solve problems. The job landscape is evolving before our eyes, and these students are on the brink of a career journey like no generation before them.
Standing at the edge of this AI revolution, I urged them to remember: the future isn’t about who has all the answers, but about who asks the right questions and finds meaning in the journey. AI is not a competitor but a collaborator—helping us tackle the world’s complex challenges and unlocking doors we haven’t yet imagined.
I encouraged them to embrace change with courage, to see AI as a tool for creating new industries, redefining work, and designing careers that don’t yet exist. In this world, the smartest will be those who learn, unlearn, and relearn with enthusiasm.
